Engineering Graphics and CAD

This course provides an introduction to the essential techniques for creating solid models of engineering designs. Students will explore topics such as three-dimensional modeling of both individual parts and complex assemblies, as well as methods for visualizing designs in a digital environment. The course also covers orthographic and isometric free-hand sketching, enhancing spatial understanding, and emphasizes computer-generated design documentation, preparing students to produce professional-level engineering drawings. Through this comprehensive approach, students gain foundational skills in translating conceptual designs into detailed, precise models.
