As a stage manager and assistant stage director, I managed casts of up to sixty performers, overseeing the entire production process from planning to performance. I created detailed schedules, coordinated between cast and crew, and ensured smooth collaboration to bring the final show to life. In addition to logistical management, I contributed to the creative side by helping design lighting, sound, and set elements. Over the course of my experience, I played a key role in the production of more than 50 shows.

What I learned
This role refined my leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities, as I balanced managing large teams with ensuring every aspect of the production ran seamlessly. I learned the importance of clear communication and collaboration in uniting cast and crew to achieve a shared artistic vision. I also gained hands-on experience in technical theater, from set design to lighting and sound, further expanding my creative and technical skill set. Above all, this experience taught me how to manage complex projects under pressure while fostering teamwork and creativity to deliver successful performances.
